This week, we are posting soup recipes from our files. Today's is one chef Keith Kornfeld shared in 2010 when I wrote about a Thai cooking class he was giving in Covington.
Tom Yum Goong, Spicy Lime Prawn Soup, is supposed to be spicy and flavorful, not blindingly hot as Thais like it.
In 2012, Kornfeld went into the retail market, with a Cajun Asian Sweet Chili BBQ sauce now in local supermarkets. CNO's Meals to Go in?Mandeville is producing and selling his Cajun Asian Meals as well.
